Life is hard but you keep trying.

You have a unique way of looking at the world—I love seeing it through your eyes.

Speaking of eyes, yours are gorgeous.

When you laugh they kind of crinkle up at the corners.

When you laugh the world feels a little lighter.

You’re carrying so much, but you still think of others.

You’re unlearning old, harmful ways of doing things and finding better ones.

Your tears make me feel like it’s okay to cry.

Your tears tell the truth when you don’t have words.

You keep showing up. You’re here. You’re still here.
