Two poems for the introverts at Christmas

Text within this block will maintain its original spacing when publishedPeace to those who spent
the day with loved ones
but didn't feel present

Those who checked their phone
without knowing why

Those under a fog
of anxiety or depression
or something not yet known

Those who wished to be alone
so at least their loneliness
would make sense

Everyone who was visiting
has gone

What a relief to be
alone again

And how sad
